Bluest Fields

within bluest fields deep
greener grass breathes
a fertile caress of promise

within bluest fields deep
passion‛s prayer blooms
with wild flowering surrender

within bluest fields deep
succulent steel bows
to sate ravenous hope

within bluest fields deep
haunting hunger blurs
the feral lines of convention

within bluest fields deep
crystalline chaos burns
into naked imagination

sizzling dreams thaw my nights
within the magnetic pools
of bluest fields deep

like the "Crystalline chaos" line!! The last stanza doesn't have quite as smooth a rhythm as the others. Otherwise, very haunting and lovely!

The picture painted in my mind with the phrase "within bluest fields deep" is beautiful, thank you.

...this form despite a notable lack of success in my own usage. It creates the feeling that you are expanding multiple views on a single theme and is very effective here.
